REGULAR MEMBERS refer to natural persons or juridical entities who are registered owners of shares of stocks of Club Punta Fuego. Aside from having the privilege to use and avail of Club facilities and services, they have the right to vote for and be voted upon to the Board of Directors.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERS refer to natural persons who are assignees of the proprietary rights of regular members as well as lot owners of Peninsula de Punta Fuego, Terrazas de Punta Fuego and other peripheral projects of Landco Pacific Corporation and/or Roxaco Land Corporation.

Application
A holder of a share of stock as well as being a lot owner does not automatically confer membership. Application has to be Submitted, Reviewed by the Membership Committee, Posted for 30 days and Approved by the Club’s Board of Directors.
A member is likewise expected to comply with Club rules and regulations
Dues
As a member of the Club, both Regular and Associate Members pay monthly dues and other fees which may be assessed and determined by the Board of Directors.
Guest Endorsement
Each Club Member may endorse a maximum of 20 persons at a time subject to applicable Guest Fees. Unaccompanied guests may be accommodated from Sundays through Thursdays excluding Holidays.
